Keith (Lenoir-Rhyne, 1995) was an outstanding football player for Lenoir-Rhyne (1990-92) who was later drafted by the National Football League’s Pittsburgh Steelers in 1993. Keith, a two-time All-South Atlantic Conference selection (1991-92), also had stints with the Jacksonville Jaguars (their inaugural season in 1995), the Miami Dolphins and the San Francisco 49ers.  Keith totaled 62 receptions for 723 yards and four touchdowns in three years with the Bears and was named a 1992 NAIA Division I honorable mention All-American.  Keith, who earned his MBA from Lenoir-Rhyne in 2000 as well, served as Special Assistant to the Athletics Director at LR (1998-00) and was an Associate Director for the Center for Student Leadership, Ethics and Public Service at North Carolina State University (2000-02). Currently, Keith owns Bull City Carwash in Durham, N.C., and has plans to expand the business in the near future.
